Fees
The full schedule is below. So is the part most platforms leave out: the costs you pay that do not appear on any fee table.
| What | Fee | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| Taking an offer (buy or sell) | 0.25% | Minimum 0.10 USDT, maximum 50 USDT. Charged in USDT. |
| Posting an offer (traders) | 0% | Makers are not charged. This is how the order book stays liquid. |
| Merchant tier, taking an offer | from 0.20% | Falls with 30-day volume. Applied automatically to approved merchant accounts. |
| USDT deposit (on-chain) | Free | The sending network charges its own fee, which we do not receive. |
| USDT withdrawal (TRC-20) | 1.00 USDT | Flat, deducted from the amount sent. Minimum withdrawal 10 USDT. |
| Rupee payout to your bank | No platform fee | Your bank or wallet provider may charge separately. |
These are the platform's current default schedules, not fixed prices. They are configurable, so treat the fee shown on your own quote as the authoritative one — it is fixed at that moment and stored with the order.
Who pays, and when
The person accepting an offer pays
Every trade has two sides. A maker is a trader who posts an offer and waits. A taker is whoever accepts that offer. The taker pays the fee; the maker pays nothing.
That is not generosity, it is how an order book stays liquid. If we charged traders for posting offers, there would be fewer offers, the gap between the best buy and sell rate would widen, and you would pay more than the fee you saved. If you are browsing offers and picking one, you are the taker.
Charged in USDT, taken from the asset side
The fee is deducted from the USDT, not added to the rupees. So the rupee amount you transfer is exactly the figure shown on your order — no surprise top-up — and the USDT you receive on a buy is the gross amount less the fee.
The exact figure appears on your quote before you confirm. Never accept a trade whose fee you have not seen on the quote screen.
Fixed the moment you confirm
The rate and the fee are locked on the server when the order is created and stored with that order. They cannot move between the quote and your confirmation, and they do not change while you are walking to the bank.
Costs that are not our fee
These are real costs to you. We do not receive them, which is exactly why they are easy for a platform to leave off a fee page.
The spread
Different traders quote different rates. The gap between the best price to buy and the best price to sell at any moment is the spread, and it is usually larger than the trading fee. It is not a charge anybody collects — it is the cost of the market having two sides — but it is money, and it is worth comparing offers before you commit.
Blockchain network fees
Moving USDT on a blockchain costs a fee paid to the network, not to us. When you deposit USDT, the sending wallet or exchange pays it and we charge nothing. When you withdraw, we charge a flat fee that covers it — 1.00 USDT on TRON (TRC-20) under the current schedule.
Your bank
We charge nothing for a rupee payout. Your bank or mobile wallet may charge you for the transfer, and that is between you and them.
Deposits and withdrawals in detail
| Network | Withdrawal fee | Detail |
|---|---|---|
| TRON (TRC-20) | 1.00 USDT | Enabled. 20 network confirmations required on deposit. Minimum withdrawal 10 USDT, minimum deposit 1 USDT. |
| Ethereum (ERC-20) | 8.00 USDT | Not enabled. Gated until gas management is live. |
| BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) | 0.50 USDT | Not enabled. |
| Polygon | 0.30 USDT | Not enabled. |
Only TRON is currently enabled for deposits and withdrawals. Sending USDT on a network that is not enabled, or on a network other than the one shown on your deposit address, will lose the funds — that is a property of blockchains, not a policy we can waive.
Where the chain integration currently stands
On-chain deposits and withdrawals run against a sandbox custody provider outside production. Until a live provider is configured they do not move real funds. Trades between customers, internal balances and rupee payouts are unaffected. We would rather say this here than have you discover it.
Merchant and high-volume rates
Approved merchant accounts pay a tiered taker rate that starts at 0.20% and falls with 30-day volume. The tier is applied automatically — there is nothing to claim and no code to enter. If you are trading at that scale, see the trader desk.
Can these numbers change?
Yes, and we will not pretend otherwise. Fees are stored as schedules the platform can update, not as fixed values written into the software. Anyone telling you their pricing is permanent is either not thinking about it or not being straight with you.
What does not change is this: the fee shown on your quote is the fee for that order, it is stored with the order, and it applies for the life of the order regardless of what happens to the schedule afterwards. Read the quote.
Trading digital assets carries risk, including the risk of losing the full value of your funds. Escrow reduces one specific risk — a seller taking your payment and disappearing. It does not remove market, issuer, regulatory or payment-network risk, and there is no deposit insurance for crypto in Pakistan. Read the full risk disclosure.
